Jiguang Fill Light Terms of Use
本协议是你与个人开发者 zhichao wei（「我们」）之间关于下载、安装和使用本 App 的约定。请同时阅读隐私政策。使用本 App，即表示你已阅读并同意本协议；若你不同意，请立即停止使用并卸载。
These terms are an agreement between you and individual developer zhichao wei (“we”) about downloading, installing, and using the app. Please also read the Privacy Policy. Using the app means you have read and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the app and uninstall it.

本 App 由个人开发者 zhichao wei 提供。我们未设立独立的公司法人实体。协议、产品与支持联络邮箱：weizhichao6688@gmail.com。
The app is provided by individual developer zhichao wei. There is no separate corporate legal entity. Terms, product, and support email: weizhichao6688@gmail.com.
1. 接受协议1. Acceptance
本协议是我们向你提供的自定义最终用户许可协议。你通过 App Store 下载、安装、打开或继续使用光灯，即接受本协议。本协议未约定的事项，可适用 Apple 标准许可协议。你必须具备签订本协议的民事行为能力；若由监护人同意未成年人使用，监护人应对该使用负责。
These terms are our custom end-user license. Downloading, installing, opening, or continuing to use the app means you accept them. Matters not covered here may follow the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement. You must have legal capacity to agree. If a parent or guardian allows a minor to use the app, that adult is responsible for the use.
2. 许可2. License
我们授予你一项个人的、可撤销的、不可转让的许可，仅供你在自己拥有或控制的 iOS 设备上使用光灯。本 App 通过 Apple App Store 分发，本期不提供安卓版或其他平台。许可不包括反向工程、破解、再分发或出租本 App 的权利，法律明确允许的除外。
We grant you a personal, revocable, non-transferable license to use the app on iOS devices you own or control. The app is distributed through the Apple App Store. This release has no Android or other-platform edition. The license does not include reverse engineering, cracking, redistributing, or renting the app, except where the law expressly allows it.
3. 产品范围3. What the app is
光灯把 iPhone 屏幕当作全屏补光灯，提供色温、亮度调节和场景主题。它不是相机，不做美颜，不读取相册，不提供账号系统，也不是医疗器械、急救设备或专业影棚灯具的替代品。年龄分级为 4+。
The app uses the iPhone screen as a fullscreen fill light, with color temperature, brightness, and scene themes. It is not a camera, does not beautify, does not read your photo library, has no accounts, and is not a substitute for medical, emergency, or professional studio lighting. The age rating is 4+.
免费包含基础补光以及主题「柔白日光」「夜拍暖光」。其余主题通过 Pro 解锁。商店截图与本网站图片仅作示意，实际界面以你设备上的 App 为准。
Free use includes core lighting and the Soft Daylight and Night Warm Light themes. The remaining themes unlock with Pro. Store screenshots and images on this site are illustrative. The app on your device controls.
4. 内购4. In-app purchases
- 商品名称：全部场景主题。商品 ID：com.jiguang.pro.themes。类型：非消耗型，一次买断，不是订阅，也没有自动续费。
- Product: all scene themes. Product ID: com.jiguang.pro.themes. Type: non-consumable, one-time unlock, not a subscription and not auto-renewing.
- 价格以 App Store 购买框显示的 StoreKit 价格为准，可能因国家或地区而异。付款信息由 Apple 处理，我们收不到银行卡或 Apple ID 密码。
- The price is the StoreKit amount shown on the App Store sheet and may vary by country or region. Apple handles payment details. We never receive your card number or Apple ID password.
- Apple 是内购的销售方（Merchant of Record）。换机或重装后，使用购买时的同一个 Apple ID 点「恢复购买」。购买记录由 Apple 保存。
- Apple is the merchant of record. After a new device or reinstall, tap Restore Purchases with the same Apple ID. Apple keeps the purchase record.
- 若开启「购买前询问」，购买会处于等待批准，批准前不会解锁主题。
- If Ask to Buy is on, the purchase stays pending and themes stay locked until approved.
- 退款、扣款争议请通过 Apple 的「报告购买问题」流程处理。我们无法直接撤销 App Store 交易。
- Refunds and billing disputes go through Apple’s report-a-problem process. We cannot reverse an App Store charge ourselves.
- 家人共享是否可用，取决于 Apple 与你的家庭设置。我们无法把一次购买单独转移到另一个 Apple ID。
- Family Sharing depends on Apple and your Family Sharing settings. We cannot move a purchase to a different Apple ID ourselves.
5. 可接受使用5. Acceptable use
请将本 App 用于个人补光。不要破解内购、干扰他人设备，或将屏幕光当作医疗、急救或专业照明的替代。长时间高亮度可能让屏幕发热；对光敏感的人请降低亮度并避免直视过亮屏幕。使用中请保持 App 在前台，并注意周围环境与交通安全。
Use the app as a personal fill light. Do not crack purchases, interfere with other devices, or treat the screen as a substitute for medical, emergency, or professional lighting. High brightness can warm the device. If you are sensitive to light, lower brightness and avoid staring into a very bright screen. Keep the app in the foreground while you shoot, and watch your surroundings.
6. 免责声明6. Disclaimer
本 App 按「现状」提供。在适用法律允许的范围内，我们不对特定用途适用性、拍摄效果、设备耗电、发热或连续可用作保证。因系统自动亮度、低电量模式、屏幕老化、系统限制，或你离开 App 后的环境光变化导致的观感差异，不属于产品缺陷。我们也不保证本 App 永不中断、永无错误，或某一功能会永久保留。
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, we do not warrant fitness for a particular purpose, photographic results, battery use, heat, or uninterrupted availability. Differences caused by Auto-Brightness, Low Power Mode, screen aging, system limits, or ambient light after you leave the app are not product defects. We also do not warrant that the app will be error-free or that any feature will remain forever.
7. 知识产权7. Intellectual property
光灯的名称、界面、主题名称与相关材料的权利归开发者所有，或已获得合法授权。未经许可，不得将本 App 用于再分发、出租或官方品牌冒用。你对本 App 的使用不构成对我们商标或界面的转让。
The name, interface, theme names, and related materials belong to the developer or are used with permission. Do not redistribute, rent, or impersonate the official brand without permission. Using the app does not transfer our trademarks or interface to you.
8. 隐私8. Privacy
我们不收集个人数据。处理规则以隐私政策为准。该政策构成本协议的一部分；两者冲突时，就个人信息处理事项以隐私政策为准。
We do not collect personal data. The Privacy Policy controls how information is handled and forms part of these terms. If the two conflict on personal-information handling, the Privacy Policy controls.
9. 第三方9. Third parties
除 Apple（App Store / StoreKit）外，本 App 不接入分析、广告、推送或崩溃上报服务。Apple 不是本协议的一方，但在适用范围内可作为本协议的第三方受益人。Apple 对你的付款与账号另有自己的条款，例如 Apple 媒体服务条款。
Besides Apple (App Store / StoreKit), the app does not include analytics, advertising, push, or crash-reporting services. Apple is not a party to these terms, but may be a third-party beneficiary where that applies. Apple’s own terms also cover payment and your Apple ID, including the Apple Media Services Terms.
10. 变更与终止10. Changes and termination
我们可能更新本协议，并在本页公布新版本。若你在更新后继续使用，视为接受更新。我们也可能通过 App Store 发布功能更新；你可自行决定是否安装。你可随时卸载 App 以停止使用。我们也可在法律要求或你严重违反本协议时停止向你提供服务。许可终止后，你应停止使用并卸载本 App。已完成的 App Store 交易仍按 Apple 规则处理。
We may update these terms and publish the new version on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept it. We may also ship feature updates through the App Store; you decide whether to install them. You may uninstall the app at any time. We may stop providing the service if the law requires it or if you materially breach these terms. After the license ends, stop using and uninstall the app. Completed App Store transactions still follow Apple’s rules.
11. 适用法律11. Governing law
在不与强制适用的消费者保护法冲突的前提下，本协议适用中华人民共和国法律。因本协议产生的争议，双方应先友好协商；协商不成的，可向开发者所在地有管辖权的法院提起诉讼。强制适用的当地消费者权利不受影响。若某一条款被认定无效，其余条款仍然有效。
Subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules, these terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Please try to resolve disputes with us first. If that fails, a court with jurisdiction at the developer’s location may hear the case. Your mandatory local consumer rights are not affected. If one clause is held invalid, the rest still apply.
