Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This policy applies to the ImagineOutfit iOS and iPadOS app (shown as 灵感穿搭 on Chinese-language devices) and this public website. The personal-information handler and App Store seller is Shanghai Qishan Cultural Communication Co., Ltd. (上海祁杉文化传播有限公司). Unified Social Credit Code: 91310110MA1G8CQD1G. ImagineOutfit is a Bring Your Own Key app. The publisher does not operate an image-generation server and does not receive the photos, prompts, generated images, or API credentials used in the normal generation flow.

2. What the app handles

Content you choose

• Reference photos captured with the camera or selected from Photos.
• Optional inspiration images, outfit descriptions, prompts, Style DNA preferences, avoid notes, and feedback.
• Generated images, saved looks, titles, categories, and notes.

This content is used to prepare the generation request you ask the app to perform, display the result, compare it with your reference photo, and save a look when you choose. The App Store privacy nutrition label reports photos or videos and other user content as data linked to you for app functionality, because the provider you choose may associate that content with your provider account.

Provider configuration

• The image API provider, endpoint, and model you select.
• API credentials you enter, including paired credentials such as Tencent Cloud SecretId and SecretKey.
• Provider task identifiers and limited recovery information needed to resume an in-progress request. Recovery files do not store API keys.

Credentials are stored in the iOS Keychain, isolated by provider and normalized endpoint origin. They are used only to authenticate connection tests and generation requests. Tencent Cloud SecretKey is used locally to sign requests.

On-device analysis

The app may process face, body, and hand landmarks, plus person segmentation, on the device to evaluate a reference photo and help preserve visual details. These results are transient, are not stored as a biometric profile, and are not sent to a separate analysis service.

Purchases and free-preview count

The app stores the number of successful free generated-image previews in local preferences and the iOS Keychain so resetting local app data does not restore the allowance. Apple StoreKit provides verified transaction status for the paid Lifetime Access non-consumable. ImagineOutfit does not send the preview count or purchase history to an ImagineOutfit account or backend. Apple processes purchases under Apple's Privacy Policy.

Local diagnostics

The app may write short on-device diagnostic logs that record provider name, a truncated request identifier, elapsed time, output count, and error type. Those logs do not include API keys, photos, prompts, response bodies, full URLs, or local file paths. They are not sent to a crash-reporting or analytics company.

If you email, call, or open a GitHub issue, we receive the information you choose to provide so we can respond. GitHub issues are public. This site is hosted by GitHub Pages, so GitHub may process connection information under GitHub's Privacy Statement. This site does not use a contact form, advertising, analytics, or cookies set by ImagineOutfit.

App Store privacy nutrition label

The live App Store listing observed on 18 September 2026 discloses the following. The label reflects that photos and prompts may be associated with the image-provider account you choose.

ImagineOutfit itself has no advertising, analytics, product-personalization, or developer-marketing SDK. StoreKit verifies Lifetime Access on the device and does not send purchase history to an ImagineOutfit backend.

3. Device permissions and required APIs

• Camera: used only when you capture a reference photo.
• Photos: used to pick a reference or inspiration image and, if you ask, to save a result.
• Local Network: used only if you configure a loopback development endpoint.

The app uses on-device UserDefaults and file timestamps to keep preferences and manage saved-look files. Those system APIs are not used for advertising or tracking. ImagineOutfit does not include an advertising SDK, analytics SDK, crash SDK, authentication SDK, or App Tracking Transparency tracking. NSPrivacyTracking is false.

4. Image providers and data sharing

When you tap Generate, selected images, prompts, Style DNA, a learned feedback signal, settings, and the credentials needed for authentication are transmitted directly from your device to the provider and endpoint you configured. The selected provider may associate the request with your provider account and may process, retain, log, train on, or bill it under its own terms.

The image provider is chosen and contracted by you. It is not an ImagineOutfit advertising or analytics partner. Review that provider's privacy, retention, model-training, region, and billing settings before sending content.

ImagineOutfit does not sell personal information or share user content with advertisers, data brokers, or cross-app tracking services.

5. Storage, retention, and deletion

• On your device: generated looks, reference-photo copies, notes, preferences, protected collection backups, and temporary recovery files remain until you delete the related look, reset local data, or remove the app as applicable.
• Credentials: API credentials remain in the iOS Keychain until you clear them or reset local data. iOS may keep Keychain items after a simple uninstall, so use the in-app Clear or Reset control first.
• Free-preview count: stored in local preferences and Keychain. An in-app reset does not clear it.
• Photos library: exported images remain until you delete them in Photos.
• Provider data: retention and deletion follow the provider you selected.
• Apple purchase records: retained by Apple under its policies.
• Support messages: kept only as long as reasonably needed to resolve the request, prevent abuse, keep necessary records, or meet legal obligations.

Generation networking is configured not to persist response caches, cookies, or URL credentials. Generated images may be downloaded from public HTTPS locations returned by the configured provider after the app validates the response.

6. Your privacy choices

• Choose whether to take a photo or select an image, and review it before generation.
• Change or revoke Camera, Photos, and Local Network permissions in iOS Settings.
• Stop future provider transmissions by not generating and by clearing saved credentials.
• Delete individual saved looks and their local image files.
• Reset onboarding, provider settings, credentials, language, Style DNA, reference-photo copies, local backups, recovery files, and local network caches from Privacy & local data.
• Delete exported copies separately in Photos.
• Use your provider's account controls for data already sent to that provider.

A local reset stops older in-flight results from being saved by the app. It cannot withdraw a request already received by a provider, erase provider or Apple records, reverse provider charges, restore the free-preview allowance, or remove copies already exported or shared.

7. Your rights

Because ImagineOutfit has no account or content backend, the publisher normally has no server-side photo, prompt, generated image, or account record to retrieve, correct, or delete. You can access and delete the on-device copy through the controls above.

If you live in a place with additional privacy laws, including China’s Personal Information Protection Law, the EU/UK GDPR, or US state privacy laws, you may also ask us to confirm whether we hold any support-message data, to correct it, to delete it, or to explain this policy. We process on-device content because you ask the app to generate, save, or restore a look. Provider processing happens under the contract you have with that provider. For a request related to this policy, email weizhichao1027@gmail.com.

8. Security, children, and international processing

ImagineOutfit uses platform protections such as the iOS Keychain and requires HTTPS for normal remote provider endpoints. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Provider-account security also depends on the provider and the credentials you configure.

ImagineOutfit is age-rated 4+ and is not offered in the App Store Kids category. A parent or guardian should supervise a child's use and should not submit a child's image to a provider without appropriate permission.

Your chosen provider, Apple, or GitHub may process information in countries other than your own. Their locations and safeguards are described in their policies. By choosing a provider and asking the app to generate, you direct the app to send the selected content to that provider.

AI results are styling inspiration only. They are not fit, body-shape, health, identity, or purchase guarantees.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app, its data flows, or legal requirements change. The date at the top will be revised, and material changes will be reflected in the app or App Store information when appropriate.
