VitaGauge is developed by 智超 卫 (zhichao wei) for iPhone (iOS 15+). It organizes authorized Apple Health records, personal goals and general information. Version 1.1.0 is live, including Pro and widgets.
Purchases and restoration
Pro is a one-time non-consumable product (com.vitagauge.pro.lifetime) with no renewal and no Family Sharing. China list price CNY 38; Apple shows the local price. The purchase does not include an API key or model credits. Restore with the original Apple Account. Pending approval is not a completed purchase. Refunds: reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your online provider
You choose and pay your provider. Never send API keys in support mail. Changing recipient requires new consent. The app cannot delete information a provider already received.
Health and data limits
VitaGauge organizes health records for everyday self-management. It is not a medical device and does not provide diagnoses, prescriptions or emergency monitoring. Correlation does not establish causation. Consult a qualified health professional before making medical decisions. Missing measurements are not zero. The app is not intended for children under 13.
License
Unless a separate agreement applies, the Apple standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement governs the license. This page does not replace Apple purchase terms or statutory consumer rights.
