These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of CDL Coach ("the App"), published by 卫智超 (Wei Zhichao). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. Where these Terms and the Standard EULA conflict, the stricter provision protecting the user applies.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service and the Standard EULA.
3. Educational use only — no guarantee
CDL Coach is a study aid for exam preparation. It is not an official CDL certification program, a driving school, government material, or legal advice. The App does not guarantee that you will pass any CDL knowledge or skills test, obtain a license or permit, obtain employment, or satisfy every state or federal requirement.
4. Not affiliated with any government agency
CDL Coach is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV), the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), or any other government agency. References to official handbooks are provided only as study sources.
5. Content accuracy
Questions and explanations are study items based on public CDL handbooks and rules and may contain errors or become outdated. They are not promised to match real exam questions word-for-word and are not an official question bank. You are responsible for checking the current official CDL manual, your state DMV requirements, FMCSA rules, and examiner instructions before any high-stakes use.
6. Purchases, subscriptions, and auto-renewal
The App offers the following in-app purchases, processed by Apple:
- Monthly Pro — an auto-renewable subscription billed monthly at the price shown for your region's App Store.
- Pro Unlock and Lifetime — one-time (non-consumable) purchases that do not auto-renew.
For the auto-renewable subscription:
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription automatically renews unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price then in effect for your region.
- You can manage or cancel the subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, in your App Store account Settings after purchase.
Prices are shown in the App at the point of purchase. Refunds and subscription management are handled by Apple in accordance with App Store policies.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of content, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 卫智超 (Wei Zhichao) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, including reliance on its content for any test, license, or employment outcome.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding the Hong Kong SAR, the Macau SAR, and Taiwan), without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms as the App evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, the hosted document and App Store metadata.

5. 内容准确性

6. 购买、订阅与自动续订
本应用提供以下由 Apple 处理的应用内购买：
- 月度 Pro——自动续订订阅，按你所在地区 App Store 的价格每月收费。
- Pro 解锁与终身解锁——一次性（非消耗型）购买，不会自动续订。
关于自动续订订阅：
- 在确认购买时从你的 Apple 账户扣款。
- 除非在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时取消，否则订阅会自动续订。
- 续订费用会在当前周期结束前 24 小时内按当时所在地区价格扣除。
- 购买后可在 App Store 账户设置中管理或取消订阅并关闭自动续订。
价格在购买时于应用内显示。退款与订阅管理由 Apple 按 App Store 政策处理。
7. 免责声明
在法律允许的最大范围内，本应用按"现状"与"现有"提供，不附带任何明示或默示的保证，包括对特定用途适用性与内容准确性的保证。
8. 责任限制
在法律允许的最大范围内，卫智超 不对任何间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害，或因你使用或无法使用本应用（包括依赖其内容用于任何考试、驾照或就业结果）而产生的损失承担责任。
9. 适用法律
本条款受中华人民共和国法律管辖（不含香港特别行政区、澳门特别行政区及台湾地区），不适用其冲突法规则。
10. 变更
我们可能随应用演进更新本条款。重大变更将通过更新上方生效日期，并在适当时更新托管文档与 App Store 资料来体现。
