锦囊妙计 Cue 是一款“用户自带 API Key”的实时转录与 AI 辅助工具。应用不运营开发者自有的 AI 后端，不提供开发者托管的转录或 AI 额度。

API Key、设置、历史记录和本地录音保存在用户设备上。用户配置语音转文字或 AI 服务商后，音频、转录文本、提示词和相关上下文可能会由应用直接发送给用户选择的服务商处理。不同服务商如何处理这些数据，取决于用户与该服务商之间的协议和隐私政策。

开发者不会通过自有服务器收集、出售或用于广告追踪用户数据。应用不包含第三方广告 SDK，不进行跨 App 或跨网站追踪。

用户应仅在合法并获得必要同意的情况下录音、转录或总结对话。

Cue is a bring-your-own-API-key live transcription and AI assistant. The app does not operate a developer-hosted AI backend and does not provide developer-owned transcription or AI quota.

API keys, settings, history, and local recordings are stored on the user's device. After the user configures speech-to-text or AI providers, audio, transcript text, prompts, and related context may be sent directly from the app to the providers selected by the user. How those providers process data is governed by the user's relationship with each provider and each provider's privacy policy.

The developer does not collect, sell, or use user data for advertising tracking through a developer-operated server. The app does not include third-party advertising SDKs and does not track users across apps or websites.

Users should record, transcribe, or summarize conversations only where legal and with any required consent.
